Service and eligibility
매니아팩토리 (Maniafactory), a sole proprietorship (the operator), provides MOAGAUGE for displaying supported vehicle information, customizing the display and using maps and navigation. MOAGAUGE is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla. Features and compatibility vary by released version, vehicle, device and region. Connect only vehicles you are authorized to use and follow the app's and store's use and purchase procedures.
Safe use and external services
MOAGAUGE reads vehicle data and displays it on iPhone and iPad. It does not control or modify the vehicle's built-in dashboard or driving functions.
Apple Maps features provide in-app maps, place search, GPS-based driving guidance, spoken instructions and rerouting when you leave the route. You can also choose to open directions in the Apple Maps app. Route and voice availability and estimates may vary by region, device and service conditions. Speeding and speed-camera alerts are not provided by this app when using Apple Maps.

Use real-time directions at your own judgment and responsibility; location information may be inaccurate. This notice does not restrict statutory consumer rights or exclude the operator's liability for intent, gross negligence or other responsibility imposed by law.
MOAGAUGE is an auxiliary display, not a substitute for the vehicle's instruments, safety systems or the driver's judgment. Change settings and operate the screen only while safely parked. Mount the device without obstructing visibility, airbags or vehicle controls. Vehicle warnings, actual road signs, signals and traffic laws take priority.
Vehicle data, location, routes and alerts may be delayed or unavailable because of connections, sensors or external services. Maps are subject to the relevant provider's terms, and data charges follow your mobile service contract. External service changes or outages do not automatically exclude the operator's legal liability. Google Maps terms
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Prices, included features, duration, renewal and trial conditions are shown in the store and purchase screen before payment. Manage iOS subscription cancellation through your Apple account and use the app's purchase restoration process. Removing a vehicle or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are handled under applicable law and the purchasing store's procedures; you may also contact the operator. Starting delivery of digital content does not eliminate every refund right. Statutory consumer rights, including remedies when the service differs from the contract or advertising, remain protected. License and ending use
The operator grants a non-exclusive license under these terms and your purchase conditions. Rights in software, design, maps and other content remain with their respective owners. Unauthorized vehicle access, security bypasses, unlawful copying or redistribution, infringement and service disruption are prohibited. Uses permitted by law are not restricted.
You may stop using the app at any time. Separately check vehicle information and key deletion and subscription cancellation. Restrictions for a violation will be proportionate; unless urgent action is needed, the operator will explain the reason and how to challenge it.
Changes and responsibility
Material service or terms changes and service closure will be announced in advance with reasons and an effective date. If urgent action prevents advance notice, notice will follow without delay. Changes affecting purchased features will be accompanied by legally or contractually required remedies, including refunds where applicable. Required consent will be obtained; silence or a website visit is not consent.
The operator and users bear responsibility under applicable law according to their fault. Safety and compatibility information does not exclude liability for the operator's intent, gross negligence or other statutory responsibility, or unfairly limit consumer compensation, withdrawal or dispute-resolution rights.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without excluding mandatory protections that apply to you.
